Welcome to my corner of the digital world. I’m Rory Case, an adaptable professional with a vibrant array of experiences, skills, and passions.

My journey into the professional realm began when I graduated with honours from the Selkirk College Independent Digital Film Program in 2010. Embarking on my career (after some sales potions), I found myself in the dynamic world of the film industry, serving as a camera operator for live productions and honing my craft as a skilled video editor, crafting captivating promotional videos and documentaries.

Driven by a thirst for knowledge and a desire for a stable income, I pursued further education, obtaining an Office Administration Certification through distance learning in 2015. My combined technical skills and administrative finesse have propelled me through a variety of sectors, such as marketing, non-profit, e-learning, tourism, legal, healthcare, and communications.

While my career has taken me to various corners of Canada, from the bustling streets of Toronto to the serene landscapes of rural British Columbia, my heart remains firmly rooted in the Kootenay region. I find my truest sense of belonging here, amidst the breathtaking mountains and pristine lakes and close to my family.

Away from the professional hustle, I am know to have an adventurous spirit. Whether it's through travelling and exploring new places or lacing up my skates for a game of ice hockey, I am happiest when I am doing things I love, and challenging myself.

My nomadic tendencies aside, I find joy and peace in the simple pleasures of life. From whipping up culinary delights in the kitchen to trolling on the tranquil waters of nearby lakes, I truly have no problem filling my time and enjoying all that nature has to offer.
